Leadership Award

This October half-term, Bowdon Hockey Club will run a 2-day leadership course, aimed at U16 players looking to develop their coaching and umpiring skills.

The Leadership award will run on Tuesday 24th and Thursday 26th October.

The format of the days will involve 2 hours of theory on and off the pitch followed by 2 hours of practical delivery in the afternoons.

The leadership course will be run by Assistant Director of Hockey, Connor Jameson and Womens 1s and New Zealand International, Alia Jaques.The Leadership course is open to members and non-members.

Members will get the course for free whereas for non-members there will be a small cost involved.

*please note, there is a minimum requirement of 16 places in order for this award to run. If we have less than 16 then you will be refunded and the award will no longer go ahead.

You will also be required to attend both dates in order to complete the Leadership Award.
